Familiar opinions.
Expensive output.

Ruh AI’s content was competing for attention with the same ideas its competitors were publishing. Producing that content also took too long.

The problem

A generic calendar and familiar angles made the brand difficult to distinguish in a crowded B2B space. Long production cycles constrained publishing volume, leaving the team with a slow process for content that offered little differentiation.

What I found

The planning was methodical, but it followed industry practices that many other companies were already using. The strategy needed a more distinctive point of view. At the same time, AI remained largely confined to individual chatbot sessions, where usage limits and platform restrictions interrupted the work. The team needed both a clearer position and a connected production system.

Give the brand
a point of view.

I recommended a complete overhaul of the content strategy, with differentiation as the starting point for every planning decision.

  1. Define a position worth owning.

We examined how Ruh AI could establish a distinct place in its niche. The goal was to give its content a recognizable perspective and buyers a reason to remember the company’s thinking.

  2. Align leadership and marketing.

I worked with leadership and the marketing team to shape a six-month strategy. Positioning became the foundation for the plan, connecting the company’s direction with the ideas it would publish.

  3. Translate the direction into delivery.

We broke the strategy into practical planning layers and workstreams. This gave the team a structure for carrying the brand’s point of view into its calendar and day-to-day content.

A stronger position gave the content a clear purpose. The next step was to build the capacity to deliver it.

Scale the craft.
Keep the judgment.

I designed an automated content system modeled on the company’s strongest writer, with human approval required before anything was published.

THE EDITORIAL REFERENCE

A recognizable voice

The writer’s work became the reference for the tone, style, and editorial quality the system was designed to reproduce.

THE PRODUCTION LAYER

A connected workflow

Automation brought production into a repeatable process, reducing the friction of working through separate chatbot sessions.

AI-assisted production.
Human approval before publication.

The system extended the team’s production capacity while keeping editorial judgment with people. Content could move through a more consistent workflow, shaped by an established voice and reviewed before reaching the audience.

Positioning and automation worked together: the strategy defined what the company needed to say, and the production system made it easier to say it consistently.

05 / WHY IT WORKED

Distinct thinking.
Repeatable execution.

A position worth remembering.

A distinctive perspective gave Ruh AI a foundation for thought leadership in a niche crowded with similar content. The company had a clearer point of view to carry into the market.

A system that could sustain it.

Workflow automation increased the team’s ability to publish aligned content faster and at lower cost. Human approval kept control of the final work with the people responsible for the brand.

Differentiation gave the content a reason to exist. Automation gave the team the capacity to keep delivering it.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

Build a voice.
And a way to scale it.

If your content sounds familiar and takes too long to produce, let’s connect a stronger position with a better production process.
